Shots Ring Out On I-24 Leaving One Dead

Nashville, Tennessee–A local teen died early this morning after shots were fired at the car in which she was riding. Liliana Rodriguez, 18, of Madison was riding in the back seat of a car traveling on I-24 West near Briley Parkway when shots were fired at the car from a dark blue or black Infiniti G35 with a blue LED light bar over the license plate. Rodriguez was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she later died. Rodriguez’s brother and two other passengers in the car were not injured.
